I have spent my 13+ year accounting career in public accounting, assisting closely held business owners with their accounting and tax needs. I place a special emphasis on developing creative tax strategies to allow businesses to operate successfully within tax code, taking into account each business and individual’s unique set of resources and financial goals.
After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.S. in Business Administration, I pursued a second degree in Accounting at Pace University and began working as an accountant in the New York City area after passing my CPA exam. My career path took me to both local and regional accounting firms. It was during my tenure at several NYC based firms that I developed a passion for helping my clients achieve their financial goals and removing any ambiguity around their tax options. I decided to leave public accounting and start my own business in 2022, which has allowed me to lean into the aspect of accounting that I love most: helping my clients achieve their financial goals.
When not working, I enjoy playing soccer, traveling, watching college basketball or spending time with friends, my family and our golden retriever, Griz.
